Subprocessors
Memo uses the subprocessors listed below to host, authenticate, store, bill, deliver, analyze, and support the Service. This list may change as the product evolves.

1. Current Subprocessors
- Clerk - authentication and session management.
- Supabase - database, storage, and server-side data access.
- Stripe - subscription billing and invoicing when billing is enabled.
- Resend - controlled test sends and transactional email you trigger.
- Vercel - application hosting and edge delivery.
- Third-party AI service - in-app AI writing assistant and public Art support chatbot when enabled.
- Google Analytics, DataFast, Vercel Analytics - marketing analytics when you consent.
Memo shares only the information each subprocessor needs to perform its function. We update this page when subprocessors change materially.
2. Safeguards
Memo selects subprocessors with reasonable care and requires contractual commitments appropriate to the nature of the services they provide. Subprocessors remain independent providers subject to their own terms and security practices.
