Billing and Refunds
This policy governs paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. It supplements the Terms of Service and Billing Policy.

1. Plans and Pricing
Memo offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency workspace plans with different creation limits. Current prices appear on the Pricing page. Taxes may apply. Memo may modify future pricing or plan features with notice as required by law.
2. Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Memo and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and any disclosed add-ons. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Trials
When trials are offered, each organization typically receives one trial. Trial terms, including length and whether a payment method is required, are shown at checkout. You will not be charged until the trial ends if you cancel before then.
4. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Cancel anytime from Memo billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is effective for future periods; access generally continues through the current paid term.
5. Failed Payments
If a charge fails, Memo may retry payment and may limit new creation after a grace period. Memo does not delete workspace content solely because billing status changed.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Memo may, in its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or extraordinary circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted promptly to hi@memo.ly with workspace name and charge date. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and reversal of partner commissions.
7. Payment Card Data
Memo does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes card data under its own terms and privacy policy.
