- How does attribution work?
- We set a first-party cookie when someone clicks your link. If they sign up and subscribe within 30 days, the referral is attributed to you. One attribution per organization.
- Do clicks or trials earn commission?
- No. Commissions are created only from verified paid invoices. Trials and clicks never earn.
- When do I get paid?
- Commissions qualify after verified payment, then enter a 30-day hold period. Once approved, payouts are recorded when your balance reaches $50. Memo processes payouts manually - you'll see clear status in your dashboard.
- Can I refer myself?
- No. Self-referrals are blocked automatically.
