Accessibility statement

Memo is committed to making the marketing site and authenticated product reasonably accessible to users with disabilities. We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practicable. Memo does not claim full compliance, certification, or legal conformity of your exported email campaigns.

1. Measures we take

  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states on core flows.
  • Semantic headings, labels, and landmarks on marketing and app shells.
  • Automated accessibility checks on public routes in continuous integration.
  • Internal design standards and review checklists for new UI work.

2. Known limitations

Email design previews simulate recipient clients inside sandboxed iframes and may not reflect every assistive technology combination. Third-party email HTML you create may not meet accessibility standards until you review it before export. Memo Check includes accessibility-oriented quality rules but does not certify compliance of sent campaigns or guarantee legal compliance with accessibility laws.

3. Feedback and accommodation requests

If you experience difficulty using Memo or need information in an alternative format, contact accessibility@memo.ly with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Include the page or feature involved and the assistive technology you use, if applicable. Memo will make good-faith efforts to provide a reasonable accommodation or workaround where feasible.

4. Third-party content

Memo may link to or embed third-party content. Memo does not control the accessibility of third-party websites, email clients, or sending platforms you use with exported content.

5. Review cadence

Memo reviews accessibility on major marketing and onboarding releases and after significant UI changes. Last updated: 2026-07-31.

6. Governing law

This statement is provided for informational purposes and is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
