A test send delivers one QA copy of an approved version to an internal recipient. It is intentionally narrow: this is not bulk sending.
- Requires an approved version, a verified sender identity, and an internal recipient.
- Messages are prefixed with
[TEST]and carry a test marker. - Rate limits and idempotency keep it controlled; status is reported honestly with no tracking.
