Templates and Brand Kits

Create and apply a Brand Kit

Define your brand once and apply it to keep email consistent.

Who this is for: Brand owners and workspace admins.

Last updated

A Brand Kit captures your identity - colors, fonts, logos, voice, footer rules, and social links - so every template starts on brand. Brand Kits are workspace-scoped and move through a draft → ready → archived lifecycle.

  1. 1

    Create a Brand Kit

Go to Brand Kit in your workspace and create a new kit.

  2. 2

Fill in identity and visual system

Add colors, fonts, and upload logo assets. Assets are private and validated on upload.

  3. 3

    Set footer and social details

Define footer rules and social links once so they’re consistent everywhere.

  4. 4

    Mark it ready

A kit becomes ready only after it passes validation; you can then set it as the workspace default.

  5. 5

    Apply it to templates

Assign the kit to a template so the editor resolves its tokens.

Memo surfaces contrast warnings for CTA, body, and footer colors. These are advisory and help your email stay readable across clients.

Expected result

A ready Brand Kit is applied to your templates.

Common mistakes & troubleshooting

  • A kit can only be set as default when it is ready. If readiness fails, resolve the validation messages first.
  • If a brand asset will not display, see Why is an asset unavailable?.
