Outlook on the web

Follow these steps to install your Memo signature in Outlook on the web. Labels and navigation may vary by tenant.

Before you begin

  • Copy the latest formatted signature from Memo - Use Copy latest signature before pasting into your email client.
  • Use a supported desktop browser for rich paste - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge usually preserve formatting best.

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Copy your signature

    Select Copy latest signature in Memo.

  2. Step 2

    Open Outlook on the web

    Open Outlook in a new tab and sign in.

  3. Step 3

    Open Settings

    Select Settings, then Mail or Compose and reply depending on your tenant layout.

  4. Step 4

    Open signature settings

    Find the signature editor under Compose and reply or Email signature.

  5. Step 5

    Create or edit a signature

    Create a new signature or edit an existing one.

  6. Step 6

    Paste your Memo signature

    Paste normally into the signature editor.

  7. Step 7

    Confirm images and links

    Verify images, links, and spacing in the editor.

  8. Step 8

    Choose defaults

    Set defaults for new messages and replies or forwards.

  9. Step 9

    Save changes

    Save settings before leaving the page.

  10. Step 10

    Send a test message

    Compose a new message and send it to yourself.

Known limitations

  • Organization policies may restrict signatures - Some tenants disable personal signature editing or override signatures centrally.

  • Name appears correctly
  • Role or title appears
  • Logo or headshot appears
  • Links remain clickable
  • Spacing looks reasonable
  • Banner appears if included
