# Why is an asset unavailable?

Reasons a brand asset may not load and how to fix it.

## Symptom

A logo or image won’t display in the editor or preview.

## Cause

Brand assets are private and tenant-scoped. An asset can be unavailable if it was archived or removed, if it belongs to a different workspace, or if a temporary access link expired.

## Resolution

- Confirm the asset still exists in this workspace’s Brand Kit.
- Re-open the editor to refresh access to private assets.
- Re-upload the asset if it was removed.
