# How do I restore an archived template?

Bring a template back from the archived view.

## Symptom

A template you archived is no longer in your main library.

## Cause

Archiving is a soft state - templates aren’t deleted, just hidden from the main library.

## Resolution

1. Open the archived view in your template library.
2. Find the template and restore it.
3. It returns to your active library, ready to edit.
