The structured, block-based content of a template that you edit on the canvas; it is compiled into email output.

## Why it matters

Because the document is structured (not raw HTML), Memo can keep it email-safe, preview it faithfully, and compile consistent output.

## Example

Adding a hero block and a product row to the document, then previewing on mobile.
