# Approval

A recorded review decision that marks a specific version as accepted, moving it forward toward export or a controlled test send.

## Why it matters

Approval is the gate between “drafting” and “ready.” It creates accountability and an auditable history of who accepted what.

## Example

A reviewer approves version 3 of the launch email; only then can it be exported.
