# How to Hand Off Approved Email HTML to Your Sending Platform

Approve a frozen version, pass preflight, export HTML and plain text in your merge syntax - then upload or paste into the sender you already use.

## FAQ

### Can Memo send my campaign?

No. Memo exports send-ready HTML and plain text. You send through the platform you already use.

### Do I need to rebuild the email in Mailchimp or Klaviyo?

No - if your workflow is export-first. Import or paste the approved HTML rather than recreating layout in the ESP editor.

### What about merge tags?

Export with the dialect your sender expects. Validate with preview datasets before export - see the merge tags article in this series.

### Is test send the same as a campaign?

No. Memo test send is internal QA to an allowlisted recipient - not audience delivery.
